Do we ship to your country?

At present, Pinktastique ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. However, we are continually expanding our reach.

If you reside in a country not listed here and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at hello@pinktastique.com, or contact us via social media as we are happy to try to make it happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does delivery take?

Pinktastique operates on a made-to-order business model, meaning we craft your product as the orders come in. This approach ensures high-quality products at the most affordable prices since we don't maintain any inventory along with less environmental waste as we do not have products sitting waiting to be ordered or end of collection waste.

MADE TO ORDER: Once your order is placed, we promptly begin producing your item. Please allow 4-7 business days for your product to be produced.

SHIPPING: You will receive a tracking number on completion of production. We ship to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and timeframes are quoted by our carrier as 4-14 business days, depending on your location.

*Please note: The tracking information will only become active once the package has been dispatched from our facility.

How do customs fees apply to international packages?

Please note that all taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's customs policies. Any packages returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

Please understand that if you refuse to pay these duties and taxes upon delivery, the carrier may consider your package abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us. In such scenarios, we regretfully cannot process refunds or replacement shipments.

What if my order is marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Sometimes, USPS, UPS, and DHL may issue premature delivery notices. When this happens, the package usually arrives within three days of receiving the notice. If it doesn't, we recommend contacting the appropriate shipper/postal carrier nearest to your location.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about a package that has been marked as delivered but not received.

In the case of a missing or stolen package, you should report it to the appropriate shipper/postal carrier, who will then issue a case number. Once you have this, please email it to our customer support at: hello@pinktastique.com.

***Please remember that this is not an insurance claim for a lost or missing package, and packages marked "Delivered" are not eligible for claims.

This report is different from a lost package inquiry. Lost package inquiry numbers will not be accepted for order replacement or reimbursement.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Pinktastique is not liable for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
